Tonight I finally took off my Mew Year's Eve nail polish from the pedicure I got with my mom while I was home. It lasted three whole weeks! I decided to take it off because it was finally starting to chip and (mostly) because I needed to cut my toenails. It made me feel terribly homesick now that I'm fully immersed back in the fishbowl of residency- a reminder of those few days a few weeks ago when I was a normal person.
I know I know...you're all at home playing little tiny violins beside your computer.
