Korean Food!

My chopsticks are poised just above my delicious Korean BBQ pork. The little bowl in front of me is a searingly hot little Dutch oven-like bowl of ramen noodle soft tofu soup. It is WONDERFUL - especially in the winter when you are freezing cold. The little flat bowls in the middle contain various "condiments" - caramelized potatoes, broccoli and bean sprouts in some sort of sesame dressing, little pickles and kimchi (pickled cabbage). They're like funny little snacks that you eat with the Korean food. The white porcelain bowl with blue on the side contains a raw egg that you crack into the tofu soup and it cooks because the soup is so hot!
And here is a picture of Holland's dish - it's a big rice bowl with all sorts of colorful things (as you can see). It's called Bi-Bim-Bap.
