Comcast




Waiting to turn in my cable and internet boxes so that they'll cancel my account. So that I can move on to something much less expensive.

Are you just downgrading your service or completely disconnecting. Are you getting service from our competitor? If so, please let me know if there is anything I can do to keep you as our customer.
